Table Channels (Beta Feature)

This channel displays data in a structured table format. You can view and edit the values of various items such as categories, texts, and statuses at a glance without having to go into the text.

Table Channels is a feature currently being tested by beta testers. If you would like to use it, please apply by clicking ? > Help at the bottom left of the screen.

Create a channel

Type /table in the blank , or click + on the left side of the block and select Table . Or select Add > Page > Table on the right side of the screen.

Write a channel name and description

The channel name and description are stored in the preview information that you see when you share a link.

Create a new post

Click New Post or +Add .
Click on each box to enter content directly, or click the arrow icon to write in a new window. Your writing will be immediately reflected in the view mode.

Add Item

Click + on the far right of the table , or click +Add in the post compose window . The items you can add are text, numbers, URLs, check boxes, selections, multi-select, people, dates, statuses, assignees, categories, and read-only author, creation time, and modification time.
Select the items you want to add, name them, set their view permissions, and whether they are visible or not.

View permissions determine whether an item is visible to everyone or only to admins on the channel and post screens.
Visibility determines whether an item will be shown or hidden only on the channel screen, regardless of permissions.
Enter or select values in the blank fields depending on the item type.

Edit and reorder items

Click on the item you want to edit in the first row of the table.
You can edit the name, type, view permissions, visibility, etc. in the Edit Item window.
To change the order of items, click and drag an item in the first row to the left or right.

You can also edit each item by tapping the pencil icon in the Item Settings menu, or change the order by dragging the handle on the far left.

Array

Click Sort to select the items you want.
You can sort in ascending or descending order by selecting the arrow icon.

To add a sort criterion, click +Add just below the criterion you added and select the desired item.
You can prioritize items by dragging the handle to the left of the item name.

Filter

Click Filter to select the desired items.
Select conditions such as whether an item contains a specific value, is before or after a specific date, etc.

To add a filter, click Add directly below an existing filter entry and select the desired entry.
