By linking Google Analytics to my site, I can check and analyze visitor behavior data in real time, such as access location, length of stay, and exit points.
Google Analytics integration is a feature currently being tested with beta testers. If you would like to use it, please click ? > Help at the bottom left of the screen to apply.
After logging into Google, go to Analytics (click) and click Create > Account .
Enter the account name and click Next .
Account data sharing settings are optional.
This determines how much information from your GA account you want to share with Google, and you can leave it at the default setting.
Enter the property name in the property details, set the time zone and currency, and click Next .
The property name is usually written as the website name.
Select the business category and size closest to my site, then click Next .
Select the information you want to obtain from Google Analytics, then click Create .
Select a country, check the box for 'I also agree to the data processing terms required by GDPR', and click the Agree button to complete account creation.
Create a data stream
Click Web to proceed.
A data stream is a path through which data is collected, such as a website or app.
After entering the URL and site name of the website to collect data, click Create Stream to complete the creation of the data stream.
Check your measurement ID
Access Analytics (click) and click Manage at the bottom left of the screen.
Click Data Collection and Modification > Data Stream from the left menu of the management screen .
Select the stream you want to connect and copy the measurement ID.
Link to the Slashpage site
Go to the site settings of Slashpage to be linked.
Paste the ID copied above into the Google Analytics ID input field in the Marketing Settings menu to complete the connection. Data may not be visible immediately after connection. We recommend waiting at least 24 hours to check if the data is properly reflected in GA.
